Simply follow our four step process below for a fast and efficient way of selling or part exchanging.

Type a brief, precise description of your item/s within the large box on the form to the right of this page. Include all details, such as brand name, style, product code, sizes, fabric or leather type, colour, place where purchased and the date of purchase. Also include the serial number or authentication code if applicable.

Take a few clear photographs of the front, back, side, internal label and receipt if available. Attach these to the spaces provided on our form. Then press the send button. Our response, which should be within 48 hours via email.

If you would like to accept our quote, we request you send an email advising accordingly. We will then respond with instructions of how to proceed with your sale or part exchange and how to forward your item/s to ourselves.

Upon our receipt and satisfactory inspection* of your goods we will confirm acceptance by email.
If selling we can provide payment via either bank transfer, paypal or a lovehandbags bankers cheque to which we require you to specify your preference.
If part exchanging we will request the balance for your part exchange purchase via a personal cheque or paypal. Part exchange purchases will be dispatched promptly upon cleared funds.
