returns policy  

We offer a standard 14 day returns policy which stands as part of our website terms & conditions. Please make sure you are in agreement with this returns policy alongside our terms & conditions prior to placing an order with ourselves. 

All items being returned to ourselves must be in the same condition as received from lovehandbags.co.uk, unused from receipt, within the original box and including all original packaging.  The secure label attached to the item/s upon receipt of your purchase must remain fully intact without deformation of any kind. We request you fully inspect your item upon receipt and prior to removing this label.

Any goods being returned must reach us within the 14 day returns period and we request you inform us of your intentions regarding returning items within 7 days of receipt of your goods.

Any item to be returned outside this 14 day period will be issued with a love handbags store credit at our discretion and is to be used within a 12 month period (reviewable upon request) from the date of issue.

refunds

Upon safisfactory adherance to the information herewith and upon receipt of your returned item/s, we will issue you a refund promptly via your original payment method.

how to return an item to us  

We request that any item you wish to return should be forwarded so we take receipt prior to our 14 day returns period expiry. 

We request you advise via email, our contact page or via telephone prior to returning an item. Within your email please include your personal order number (on your invoice and returns form), and the reason/s for the return.

Please then fully complete our returns form (enclosed with your original invoice).  Make sure the returns form is securely enclosed within the parcel you are returning, which is required to enable us to process any request in a timely manner.   

uk returns

Any item being returned within the UK must be forwarded fully insured via royal mail special delivery requiring a signature upon receipt, as we cannot be responsible for any returning goods (your property until in our hands) lost within the postal system. 

european and international returns 

Any item coming from overseas must be forwarded via a fully insured signed for method of choice and we ask that upon dispatch you notify us with the shipping consignment code and of estimated delivery date.  For International return details please contact customer care for return address details. If your item is not as described and was originally forwarded by UPS we will arrange collection of the item at our expense.

cancellations of orders

If you require to cancel an order you should inform us promptly.  If your item has not been dispatched we will manage this as a refund. You will be requested to follow our customer returns process if your item has already been dispatched, whilst meeting all the criteria as above. 

Under the UK distance selling regulations, you may cancel the contract for purchase with Love Handbags at any stage from your placing the order to delivery.
