We take every care to make sure your luxury purchase travels safely and is well protected throughout its journey to you. Most of our packaging products contain approx 80% recycled material and are 100% recyclable, reusable & biodegradable.
Your item will reach you beautifully presented inside a sturdy postal delivery box, and each handbag will arrive nestled within a brand new Love Handbags 100% natural cotton canvas Bayswater print shopper shoulder bag - our re-useable and highly functional take on the traditional keeper bag - just gorgeous and perfect for your grocery shop or visit to the beach!
Many of our handbags will also arrive complete with the original brand keeper bag, which will be specified on the item sale page.
Love Handbags currently deliver items to many international destinations, however we regret we cannot deliver goods to PO Boxes other than those located in the United Arab Emirates.

We will ship all extra items purchased and paid for in the same transaction for no extra cost (you pay postage for the heaviest item only) - so this is a great opportunity to treat yourself again and again!
international deliveries
Our dedicated courier for international deliveries is UPS. On occasion we may also use Royal Mail airsure delivery for small parcels. Both services are fully insured, trackable and require a signature upon receipt. Delivery will generally take place Mon to Fri, between the hours of 8.30am and 6.00pm.
uk deliveries
Your parcel should reach you within one working day and will require a signature upon receipt. We do advise that you allow a period of 5 days for delivery, due to possible external factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions and payment authorisation delays etc. We will contact you via email if we anticipate a delay in excess of a five day period regarding the above factors.
If an order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we will dispatch promptly on the following Monday. We do not offer a guaranteed Saturday or next day delivery service, however we always endeavor to deliver your parcel to you in a timely manner.
insurance of goods
All goods remain the responsibility and property of Love Handbags until signed for upon meeting their destination. The customer is not liable for any theft or accidental damage within this period. Upon your receipt of the goods to the correct address as given by yourself, you will then own the goods and they cease to be the property of Love Handbags.

Love Handbags currently deliver our items to many international locations, however we cannot deliver goods to PO Boxes other than if these which are located in the United Arab Emirates. We request you provide us with your full card billing address associated with your method of card payment.
shipping within the UK and free postage offer
To be eligible for this offer, the order must be placed by a UK based customer and the card which the customer purchases the goods by must be registered to same UK address. Purchases can only be forwarded to UK addresses under the terms of this offer. If a purchase is made and payment received to have the item sent to an address outside the UK, we will subsequently invoice the purchaser for the amount required and upon receipt of funds will forward the order promptly. If however the purchaser does not supply the postage as requested within a 48hr period we will cancel the order and refund all payments made.
international shipping costs
If you require shipping to a destination outside the UK, the costs displayed in the shipping table are for single items only and for a limited period we will forward multiple purchases for the shipping cost of the largest / heaviest item only. A summary of your shipping costs will be displayed on your final order page, prior to payment being made and completion of your order.
international deliveries
International parcels should reach their destination within approximately 5 to 7 working days, however due to customs procedures and card authorisation delays, we request you to allow approx 10 working days to receipt of your parcel.
customs import, duties and vat
Items ordered for delivery overseas may be subject to taxes and/or import duties charged when the parcel reaches the country of destination. Love Handbags is not liable for any of these associated import duties and taxes, hence you are considered the 'importer of record' and therefore comply with all lawful regulations of the country where you are in receipt of the goods. If in doubt Love Handbags recommend prior to purchasing, to contact your local customs office, so to obtain relevant information regarding possible import costs.
